It’s an immense honour to be named one of Swift N Lift Magazine’s Top 10 Most Inspiring Business Leaders of 2025. When I first received the news, I was humbled, not only by the recognition but by the journey that led me here.
A Purpose-Driven Mission
As the CEO of deVere Group, my work has always been driven by a deep sense of purpose. A purpose to create an impact that transcends traditional business success. This recognition is as much a reflection of the incredible team at deVere Group as it is of the values and vision we continue to uphold.
From the very beginning, I’ve believed that true leadership is about empowering others. I’ve always sought to challenge the status quo and push boundaries. It’s not enough to simply grow a business; we must do so in a way that’s innovative, ethical, and inclusive.
The Responsibility of Leadership
Indeed, being named one of Swift N Lift Magazine’s Top 10 Most Inspiring Business Leaders of 2025 reflects our responsibility as business leaders in this rapidly changing world.
Reflecting on this recognition, I am reminded of how much further we have to go. There are still so many opportunities to innovate, challenge ourselves, and lead by example. This acknowledgement is not the culmination of a journey, it’s a marker on the road ahead.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built at deVere Group, but even more excited about what lies ahead. The future of financial services is being shaped right now, and it’s a future I’m committed to driving forward. I remain focused on my mission to inspire, innovate, and lead with purpose. Whether it’s through technological advancements, responsible investment strategies, or creating opportunities for others to rise.
